Orders and Shipping

When do I receive my order?

It typically takes us 1-2 business days to process the orders. Shipping typically takes an additional 5-7 business days. Therefore, please expect the order to typically take between 6-9 business days from placing your order to actually receiving your order. 

How do I create an account?

Click on the 'My Account' icon at the top right corner of our website and follow the registration prompts.

How do I change my shipping address?

Log in, navigate to 'Account Settings,' and update your shipping information accordingly.

How do I track the status of my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order on our website's 'Track Shipping' tab.

Will you keep my credit card information on file?

We prioritise security and do not store credit card information without consent. During checkout, you may save your payment details for future purchases.

Do you charge GST?

Applicable GST is calculated and included in the advertised price unless otherwise stated. If GST is to be added, it is displayed on the product page and charged at checkout.

Do you ship overseas?

No. Currently, we ship within Australia only. 

Will my items come in one package?

Maybe so. Based on product availability and warehouse locations, items in your order may be shipped separately.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items. For detailed information, please refer to our Returns Policy Page.

I received the wrong item.

We apologise for the inconvenience. Please don't hesitate to contact our support team at support@websalesinsider.com with your order details, and we'll assist you promptly.

My order arrived damaged.

We're sorry to hear that. Please email us at support@websalesinsider.com with photos of the damaged item, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Where should I mail my authorized return?

After you contact our support team and receive a return authorization, we will provide the address to which you can return the product.

How do I receive customer support?

You can email us at support@websalesinsider.com or call us at +61 490 664 833. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9am until 4.30pm AEST. However, you can leave a message on our support line 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. 

What do I do if I enter an incorrect shipping address?

If your order hasn't been processed, please contact us immediately so we can update your shipping information.

Can I change or cancel an order after I've submitted it?

We process orders quickly, but if you contact us promptly after placing your order, we may be able to accommodate changes or cancellations.

Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?

Currently, we do not offer pre-orders for out-of-stock items. However, you can sign up for restock notifications on the product page to be informed when the item becomes available.
